What software does dread use to ensure no-javascript doesnt come in the way? Does it use laravel with tailwind? Or what is the frontend/backend?

never really met someone choosing to working with php < 2021, curious as to what was your reasoning for using php? and would you still choose php as the source language knowing what you know now.

It does not use laravel or tailwind css. You can ensure that there's no javascript, well, by not putting it in your code.

Just go with Ruby on Rails. It is simple, easy to use, and has a good learning curve. Just make sure not to use JavaScript. That’s all. It’s not a big deal to avoid it. If you already have a good grasp of Laravel, you can use that too.
