Vpn/RDS/Proxies Which one better

I am curious about VPN or RDS's. I want to do better cardings because some of my carding tries doesnt so good.
Does VPN's always work and hide your identity, Does VPN's really shows your location in certain states.
Does RDS good for long term(I mean if i buy one, how much i can use)
Where can i find valid RDS vendor
Which VPN is better, i am currently using NordVPN. If there is a better one could you please help me
