Hello, would it be a bad idea to run tor on grapheneos to sell on dark web markets?
And how different would it be compared to tails ( security and anonymity wise )
Please keep in mind :
- Phone is never connected to public / home wifi.
- Phone has a burner sim in it 24/7 for data.
- Always On VPN With Kill Switch Enabled (Mullad)
- Running GrapheneOS

You should only use safe devices and operating systems like Tails or Whonix when connecting to darknet.
With the risk that people go ballistic...
There are enthusiasts claiming that GrapheneOS/Pixel phones are safe and prove this by a leaked presentation from a LE conference.
Now, what does a leaked presentation from LE mean? Did they leak it on purpose or not? This is just after ANON, EncroChat, etc.
And Pixel phones from Google, should a Google phone be the most safe?
It's up to each and everyone to take their chances and make up their mind.
Asking me, and the answer is clearly no, don't do it.

Hmmm, thank you for that! Will keep it in mind.
Although if your using highly secure password for grapheneOS and its always shut down before sleep incase of a raid , would it really be much difference compared to using tails? Since even if phone is taken its shut and encrypted.

With the current best knowledge a Graphene phone should be safe.
However, consider the following, if LE takes you to custody and confiscate your devices, which technology do I trust most, Tails or Graphene?
The thing is that people like phones, they are more convenient than a laptop. A Graphene phone is easy to bring anywhere and people can quickly do their things, wherever they are.

The encryption is good that's not the issue. It da tings leading up to the raid that make the difference. You are using a device that can ping a tower at any time.
And if we talk about the pixel alone. You are using a google phone with a blackbox Titan M2 chip and tensor chip that are not open source. Granted no CPU(in this case security chip)and co processor that comes along with any good computers nowadays are open souce(x86 etc...) However things like AMD PSP and intel ME have been looked into.
These chips inside the pixel as far as I know have not been dissected enough to even know if they have a network stack like the intel management engine has for example.
If you wanting to be a vendor get ready to sacrifice convenience for security. You want all your shit compartmentalized and isolated using VMs and force all intetnet traffic through onion eouting. There is so much more beyond this that not even 20 of these posts could touch on.
Do the research, lurk, and learn!

Never use your cell phone to sell or advertise illegal products on the Internet!
Graphene OS will not save you from de-anonymization.
