Ebay Carding Method 
what you need :
1- fresh cc
2- good proxy like vip72 or 911 ( u can use normal vpn's but we recommend vyper or expressvpn)
3- cc billing adress (real one) IMPORTANT!!
how to shop :
1- open your proxy on country cc example us
2- change time and time zone to us
3- delete your browser cookies brave browser preffered ( use ccleaner)
4- make a new OUTLOOK mail box with cc owner info
5- make an account on ebay with cc owner info too
6-choose a product costs >2$ and add it to basket and log out for 2 hours
7- login back and checkout the product MOST IMPORTANT !!! CHECKOUT AND USE CC OWNER BILLING ADDRESS AS SHIPPING
8- the order will get confirmed and shipped if the cc live
9- wait for shipped email then enjoy you can shop anything you want
