Hey, I'm in Colorado and they're switching out the arrow keys for Medeco keys. Are they 5 pin? like a dimple key but with the biaxial rotation pins?

I got the medeco keys the new ones they are replacing the old arrow keys with I've been hand making them for a few years now all I need is the lock

I have the lock and a bunch of pictures of keys that were made by hand to different cities. I'm in southern Cali. I have one picture of a real one. How much would you charge me? I will mail locks to u today one old one new. I wish I knew how to make them myself but they don't teach that on u tube. And they don't give the debth guide for those locks
