I've already been scammed a couple of different times I'm not sure if it's the marketplace or the vendors fault does anyone here have any suggestions as to a legitimate marketplace or vendor? Thank you for your time

Use VERIFIED VENDORS for this. I have used it dozens of times with no issues. It is a bit slow at seeing blockchain confirmations which can be pretty scary for new users.
