its possible ban somebody nonstop after unban in instagram ?

Instead you can build your own Instagram army users...as soon as you will use a multi log browser app...you can stay logged in 50 Instagram accounts in same time... with different proxy's...

and you will no need to register every time new accounts as soon as you will; not mess up with the browser profiles ....
