I was having a dream of the Miami police knocking on my door and arresting me because I had used someone else's credit card to order a Macbook from Apple to my house. I woke up in a cold sweat, feeling like I had done something wrong.
The night before, I had been browsing the Apple website and found a Macbook I really wanted. I had been saving up for months to buy it, but I just didn't have enough money. I was feeling desperate and frustrated, so I decided to take a chance and use someone else's credit card to order the Macbook to my house.
I immediately regretted my decision, but it was too late. The Macbook arrived the 2 days later, and I knew I had done something wrong. I tried to return it, but the Apple store refused to take it back. I was panicking and could feel the guilt weighing me down.
I spent the rest of the day worrying about what would happen if the police found out I had stolen someone else's credit card. I was afraid that I would be arrested and thrown in jail for fraud. I had nightmares of the Miami police coming to my house and taking me away.
The next day, I received a call from the police. My heart stopped for a moment, but it turned out that they were just calling to ask if I had seen anyone suspicious near my house. I breathed a sigh of relief and thanked my lucky stars that I hadn't been caught.
From then on, I made sure to be more careful with my decisions. I had learned my lesson and was thankful that I hadn't been arrested.
