The first thing to consider before using a cc on any site is bins. Make sure the bin is compatible with the site you wanna card or else you will lose a lot money of ccs that wont work.

CVV2 info only ...are worthless ass soon as you don't have a payment gateway/merchant that you will own / aged it and control it ....and you will use it only for a period of time...until you will got suspended.../ block from charge backs and fraud ...

You can either use a 3rd party payment gateway...
OR harder verify your own merchant...link to your website and you are good to go!!
