how to hit a dump and get in person visa gift cards

how are guys hitting? I got my own dumps but when i go to like target or Walmart it declines it. I get a message on the card reader at the store saying like this visa has a chip or something like that. But i used it at a restaurant and at a vending machine and it worked without the pin. Im trying to get Visa Cards but idk if i need the chip as well because i only have the strip no chip.

im using a msr and i do have a chip reader but i don't have the software for it.

And do i need a PIN to buy giftcards?

Cant clone a chip. Some cc readers require chip (ATM). For pin it depends on the bank that cc is from. Some say no pin for purchase under 10-15USD and other banks say no pin for less than 100USD

You can't clone the chip... sooo...
With a 201 written to the card:
First thing you want to do is stab a few small holes in the chip on the clone card.. then take clear nail polish and paint over the chip and let it dry.
THEN -- When using the card to checkout at whatever store.. You have to jam the chip/card -- to do this you need to put the card in and take it out -- repeat this step 3 times.
THEN it will let you slide the card instead of insert it. You can skip the PIN following the instructions on the screen by charging it as CREDIT.

I can confirm this because I legit had a card that would fail due to being old. It would take 3 attempts then fail.
However be aware some retailers may be aware of this method, although if in and out quick probably no biggie.

Well you can easily clone a strip cards but cloning emv chips is all a scam and is next to impossible and there are many scammers out here selling emv chip cloned cards so beware of them.
