how to correctly set up for carding ?

Ive been debating on taking the metaphorical dive into this game. I have bought a few tutorial on various market places i understand the carding part of the tutorials but am still confused on the set up....

burner phone hotspot---------laptop with windows 10 operating system-------run cc cleaner----vpn--- use rdp to connect to different device

from there run socks 5, should i be anonymous and safe at this point to do carding.

will be doing cc-----to steam gift card-------paxful---------tumble crypto
