So, Stripe needs to be aged before it will allow you instant processing, even then it will only give you instant processing up to $2,500 a day and then you'd have to wait a business day before having another full $2,500 instant payout limit again.
Most Stripe accounts will require you to hit a certain amount of monies processed and a certain amount of time active before they will activate your instant processing limit and will notify you via email when this is done.
No, they won't allow instant processing right upon account creation and no there is no way to speed this up aside from building a transaction and age history with Stripe.
