you can buy them from amazon or plenty of 3rd party companies and yes do not use your real address or name it isn't a huge deal but if an investigation starts on you orders like this will make a search warrant easy either send it to someone house you trust or if you have ID's get a hotel/weekly and get the packages sent there the first time i got a wonder embosser i paid for a weekly for a drug addict i knew and just sent the embosser to the address on the weekly.
