How can I use a CPN to bank and create new identity?

I have about 10 various real SSNs. 1 or 2 are of dead people. 4 or 5 have name, dob SSN and state of residence.
I have a real SSN of a young person (under18) and a partial fullz with a name, dob, residence, and SSN but I haven't verified if its the persons real SSN. I bought it from a site (24ssn or something) and it was rejected when i tried to open a bank account with Novo. I have a decent fake id with this fullz, but I used my pic.
Can I open an account with what I have or will I need an id with a real DL#,and a pic taken from the net if I can find one?

Really? Every single bank and debit card I applied for demanded one from me.
How are you opening one without a ssn?

Not all of them require it. To them its an extra step to verify information. look it up

Every one I tried to open demanded a SSN. Either way, I would need a good fake ID or some other way to get around KYC.
