1. how do darknet market admins get caught, is it threw withdrawls from there anonymous waalet to there personal or what could it be?
2. is it easy in 2024 to make good money as a vendor/ in general in the darknet?, because the feds are are no longer as stupid as they were 10 years ago

For selling you'd have to pay a vendor bond, have good product and steady supply and also competitive pricing.
Study opsec and perfect your methods, that is crucial.
Give it some time so it gets going, it could be slow at first.

Almost everything is hot depending who you ask and where you sell maybe except psychedelics - they sell slower than anything as most people don't tend to trip that often.
Weed doesn't have that good profit margin, it's hard to ship because of bulk and smell and you can probably leave that out too.
You want the high demand/bigger addiction potential/binging drugs - opiates, stims, benzos for example.
Keep in mind that every drug has it's own peculiarities and unique client profiles to deal with.
As to where to source that is a hard question - you have to factor in price, reliability, stealth, shipping origin and plethora of other factors when you take that decision.
That is if you source online, if you source local it's a whole other ballgame.
