CPNS STILL POPPING?

Is Cpns still popping with all the ECSBV going on i just wanna know if the community still eating before i start investing my money.

Depends on what your using them for. The banks are cross referencing SSNs now.
I tried to use the last 4 of a dead persons SSN to open a cash app. It was rejected. I had to use a live person fullz.
I also tried to use a fullz to open an Novo bank account and it was rejected.
I would imagine that a fake, dead or unassigned SSN would be flagged right away.

You can open a chime and varo with a dead fullz(mine was dead for >5 years) and also one using a made up cpn. I'd be surprised if something like cashapp is already cross referencing using ssa api but I think at least major banks are using the api, definitely Discover.
