the best way to check a card is live or not is by calling the bank. don't need to worry coz the receiver will be a bot. so it will be automated call!!
so first you need a burner no.
make an account on skype with that no.
search the cc is from which bank with the help of bin no.
contact that bank no.
the bot will answer the call and ask for the cc info
type that through dialer
if the bot speaks the balance or the recent transactions means the card is live
if the bot says to type the correct cc info then the cards dead!!

do not check the card with checkers!!! You'll kill them.
just try to pay to some free trial site and if it work, the card is live
