Buying cc in usa while being in eu

So I live in europe, can i still buy cc from usa and use a rdp and socks and just try and card giftcards that i also can use in europe, because I feel like carding with eu cc is way harder.

Yeaa you can card with US cc's and it's better than carding with EU ones as bypassing the Us cards is way much easier. Just get the right setup like vpn socks rdp and all those(You can go through some of my comments for the setup guide) and card some low security giftcard sites that are cardable. If you want to be successful in carding you should act like a real cc owner is doing the transaction. if you want any other answers i can help.
