Buy giftcards with xmr

A noob here already successfully have access to a good bank account with a credit card. I cracked 2FA and everything with good OpSec. I'm thinking I can use it to buy xmr at local monero. I can then buy a prepaid visa worth $3k. Is this method safe and where can I do that?

I always wondered why one couldn't just cash out directly exchange buying xmr and then just sending it directly to a feather wallet and then maybe shooting that through a couple more wallets ...I'm told it's not possible ..but why?
