Try going to markets instead and buy off trusted and reputable vendors. Autoshops seem great and in theory sound easy but usually you'll receive no help or anything usually if you get dead CC's.

/DNMSourcing is a great place to start your search. Look up a market. Search for listings, review and research the vendor and take a chance. Since u don't know how to get a hold of CC's chances are high that you don't know how to use them either. So I advise you to research that also before you buy any.
