See, the thing is if someone had the pin, they most likely would withdraw the money themselves, ive never seen a dumps sold woth pins.
there definitely are vendors out there who sell dumps pin. you wont find them advertising anywhere because it puts opsec at a risk. finding the right friends and connections is the only way to succeed in skimmed cards
It is indeed possible to get money from a ATM, but the problem is finding the right dumps. Why sell good info if you can use it yourself. When it comes down to Europe it's a complete different story. Most ATM's in Europe use EMV (chip) which is really hard to clone since they use a dynamic code. The code changes everytime when you do a transaction (so even if you clone a card the card will have a static code) The best thing you could do is try and get 101 CC's since they use the strip and they're easy to clone, but like I said cloning isn't the hard work it's finding the right vendor.
