Yes it's legit. It's the only shop I've been using for more than a year. I haven't found a better alternative yet. If you need an invite code I can get you one, but I don't think it will eliminate the registration fee.
I'll offer a suggestion:
You need the ability to check cards (if live or not) by yourself, and not rely on an online cc "checker". One method is by phone, a call to the (automated) authorization line, pretending to be a business processing transactions. There are other ways too for sure.
Actually you are wrong, at least partially. I'm not sure where you guys are located (and I can't speak for places outside of the USA because I don't know), but if you live here in the States it is absolutely possible.
