Where to start?

Been doing research for about a week or so now, finally found a vendor I think I can trust (madrid) and I'm wondering where to go from here.
Wondering where I need to start to make sure my opsec is tight and I dont burn the card.
I need to learn how to set up my proxy and things such as that. Anyone who could help would be greatly appreciated. I'm more than willing to put in the work I just need to make sure I'm doing everything properly.

It's best u run into problems then find solutions cause a player knows truly how prepared they are when they play the real game.
