WHAT TO DO WITH STOLEN CC

I have a lot of cc with expiry date and cvv. I have tried to buy things online with vpn and even without. But it always gets cancelled. How do I cash out a stolen cc? What socks? What website? I can send a free cc to anyone who can help me.

You can't use a "vpn" for carding, you use proxies. In 2023, I don't think anyone really uses socks5 proxies anymore. All residential proxies are usually http/https rather than socks; socks5 is so 2018.
