what to do with ch's ip address?

if i bought a card with the ch's ip address how do i make the best use of it to increase chance of success?

You cant actually do anything, cuz proxies don't last long enough, and you also can't have exactly the same Ips of cardholder. The essence of that ip coming with cardholder info is just to help give a clue on the exact ip of cardholder. There's not much to do with it. Only thing you need do is get a proxy close to the zip with min of 10 miles away. Or preferably use Lte and be a neighbor to the cardholder
