What is the fastest way to kill a card?

I have 3D protected cards info, so no cashout, and I want to kill them, what would be the quickest way?

If it's EU cards then hard ti kill. Because even if you charge from a tor IP the 3DS request will popup, probably you can't bypass so the transaction will expire. If the owner detect someone is trying to charge, the will go to dead. If US cards just charge a really high balance from 3rd world IP. Will be dead fast.
