Overall, I'm quite new to 'investigating' and am in the acts of researching and learning it. Any added resources are a plus.

Aside that I'm looking to figure if anyone who has the time and experience with them to provide their preferred TLO Service and their rankings for ones theyd used. If possible with a breakdown on them even would be perfect. (Nothing derailed just the strengths and weaknesses. Or why you preferred one over another)

Currently the only ones I know of are the following

* LexisNexis
* TLOxp
* Intelius
* WestLaw
* DelvePoint
* IRBSearch
* Tracers

Now I've only barely used some of those. And they all boast heavy claims so I'm looking for opinions on which are preferred and why.

TLOxp is fairly overrated and only gives data from 1 credit bureau
LexisNexis Risk gets data from Experian and has tools for dmv lookups
Intelius is a public records business, they don't provide "private" data

Never used any of the other sources, but a better alternative is an Experian portal.
If you get access to it somehow, you can lookup data from all 3 credit bureaus, free of charge.
It has data for USA, Canada, UK, and a few other territories in the US.
