How would one find out non-disclosed non-vbv bins? just buy random cards and try them out on VBV websites?
Another, more important question, aren't non-vbv cvv the only ones that you can cash out nowadays? I heard that 3DSecure disabled websites don't even matter anymore, the 2FA is always asked if card is VBV. Then, what the hell can you even do with VBV bins?

There's checkers that tell you if it's vbv or not.
3dsecure disabled? 2d? 2d sites are still very popular.
You can use a vbv on a 2d site. If the gateway is actually 2d, it won't ask for otp.
