We get many messages from people asking if we have NON VBV or NON Secure MC amongst our fullz.
We're not sure where the misinformation is coming from that the card itself can be VBV or SecureCode (3D Secure).
There are no such things as NON VBV Cards, or NON SecureCode MC. These security levels are not applied to the card itself.
The VBV and SecureCode MC, is an extra level of security offered by VISA and MC to the MERCHANTS. The merchants of each site/app decide if they want to pay for the extra level of security called VBV -Verified by Visa or SecureCode (3D Secure) by MC.
So, there's no point in messaging all the vendors looking for these cards. You need to find sites/apps that do NOT use VBV or MC Secure.
And you can verify this information by doing a search online about VBV and Merchant, on the VISA homepage, or MC SecureCode and Merchant on the MC site. :)

Almost 95% of all websites now use otp. Carding is in a whole new level now, and only the elite will thrive this time, no more newbies among us.

Chat, Is this real?
I crosschecked it's true but some banks do feature 3Ds on their sites while advertising their cards, that's pretty confusing.

i think this post is misinformation. only last month i was making some purchases on vbv merchant and bypassing VBV security. use a different bin and it will hit you with vbv.
they are not applied to the card but the card either support 3-d secure or it does not support 3-d secure
the terms it's debatable if you want but non vbv cards have existed as long as vbv has existed. most of them have already been patched not all
if you start going for gift cards with non vbv like so many doing then you going to have more problems than only vbv security

yes and 3DS version 2.0 was rolled out but still being able to purchase on VBV websites without VBV security in 2024
non vbv have always existed, basically it have always been the easiest way to avoid vbv, but now the topic it's more difficult

I'm going to assume you continued all these extra messages to someone who is on my blocked list because otherwise the insult and ongoing ramble doesn't make much sense.
So, these measures still aren't applied to specific cards. You can find Personal Chase Credit with both, why? Because as they print new cards, they start rolling them out with the new features. Hence why people say specific bins will not trigger the VBV or SECUREMC.
So, who is openly publishing a correct list of BINS that work and udpating it once they're out? Who do they know that they know that they can trust is telling them the truth? We don't teach methods because nothing stays guaranteed long term in this field.
They might get lucky finding someone who knows an old bin that doesn't support VBV or the SecureMC, but teaching people to look for these as they're all being phased out, they'll probably just waste a lot of time in the search.
Searching for merchants who don't have these security levels, just made their easily found/bought fullz info a helluva lot more useful.
