You can buy a printer and some PVC cards to make fake IDs to pass the KYC. A lot of people have used this method, and it works well.

You still have to show your face... unless you can use a photoshop app to make your photo a bit different from what you look

Online ordering do not require the kyc BUT if you want to open a fake bank account and a cash app account they will ask for id and selfie. About the delivery, you can make a fake id and choose for delivery in a pickup station. Otherwise you can use someone else adresses as a drop. Usually you can track the delivery so you just need to be there when the driver arrives and collect it yourself without no one knowing.
