How to cash out a card bound to Apple Pay

Guys, I'm Chinese and my English is terrible. Recently, I have linked more than 30 British cards to Apple Pay. There are credit cards and debit .cards. It's been a week. How do I cash out.
Can you tell me if there is any remote payment software? Remote POS.
Or through financial management software. Or a casino. Or buy Apple products. I don't know how much balance is on the card

Cashout is only possible via physical POS , I have seen people setting up fake pos or having contacts who allow them for these cashouts.

well I don't suggest selling cards you already tried using... Probably dead. Apple pay is great at IRL cashout via giftcards etc. Or you can buy from sites that accept apple pay. or just run a BIN check on the cards on blackrabbit.bz and it should tell you if its hitting or not

I am familiar with POS , gas station or any private POS or app like metalpay accept that too but apple ID name must be the same as setup applepay account name and metalpay.
