I installed tails on a usb stick and i want to start buying weed problem is haveno reto seems extremely confusing to install so i plan to use KYC exchange trough my friend bank account ,then he can convert it and send it to my feather wallet.How much money can i convert per month with that account without arousing any suspicion by LE.

Transactions above ~$1K usually trigger KYC. It's better to transfer the funds between two XMR wallets rather than depositing directly from a wallet linked to your buddies ID. Clean house, keep no evidence laying around, ever.
