I have pictures of an hr block prepaid mastercard I used it for one Amazon purchase but then it keeps getting declined for further purchases and other websites. It goes through at first then Amazon says they couldn’t process it and it’s due to restrictions on the card they say to try again later. I’m hoping someone has a method I can use to cash it out or any advice or experience with something similar
