Got full access to bank account, but need help, pls!!

I got full access to a business bank account as well as the debit card number. The debit card number won't let me send money or add money to my PayPal or cashapp. Well drop ones cause I have to be careful not to be seen as the owners live close.
I also have some other account znd routing numbers. As well as a few DL's with SSN cards. And trying to find ssn for the other DL's
Could someone please give me some advice tell me what I'm doing wrong. Please

No but UT has zelle but I don't have any zelle able drop banks
