Can someone help me out with how to successfully card giftcards and how to find a working bins for the site.

See for carding Gift cards you setup plays an important role you need and undetectable setup with no ip leaks and everything you user agent must be same as cc owners and ip location must be same or within 20 miles only this way you can bypass fraud detection algorithms of both website and bank
- Use good socks5
- Use Anti detect with user agent same as cc owner and must be latest one
- Cookies plays some very important role so build up some legitimate cookies with the same socks5 so that the ip on both session and cookies are same only act like a real user and also change timezone to cc owners only
- Most important get a CC that is having high balance and not dead use only 30-40% of cc amount

Your plan is flawed, it no longer works. You might randomly hit 100$ in them here & there but that is about it. Before you jump to carding, work on your setup. Countless posts on dread alone that will help you with exactly that. You asking this question alone tells me you haven't done your research yet.Best of luck.
