Clone the magnetic stripe of a USA CC in Germany

Hello,
I would like to buy something from a shop near me and would like to pay there with a cloned CC. I know it's not possible to clone the EMV chip, so I just want to clone the magnetic stripe. Now my question: Is it possible if I buy the CC in darknet, i.e. track 1 and 2 of a card from the USA and then clone it onto my card in Germany and pay for it here?

you can withdraw from atm in germany bro, it depends to right bin and u need ist file. i can’t be a ref, i can’t give name from websites but when u find the right vendor it works. i make it in germany too
