How difficult is to card Stripe?

it's not difficult to card stripe unless your not a carder, then it's really difficult, your setup simply is not setup at all.

If you host your stripe on VM it will get rejected or sent to permanent 7 days, which give the same result, socks depend on what socks you buy, what cards you buy, what bins, how strong is your fullz/business info and if you have a mule for live verification, because yes, you will be asked about it sooner rather then later.

Asking for information, when you practically give zero insight of how your setup is, because once again you wrote nothing in your post, is pointless, no one can give you any info based on what you posted.
