what do you think anti fraud systems will think of you when you connect through TOR to buy with credit card? LOL, auto-decline, you will not be able to even add card, or even log-in.

good residential non proxy non fraud IP and burner also must be in same zip as in account and as in CC, and even then you can be asked to provide additional verification for suspicious activities by both a bank and by cashapp.
