to begin this I was in a team where we had a member who did the whole setup for us, unfortunately he is gone, either in jail or just had enough.
So that said. I have to say that I am a noob when it comes to technical stuff.
my setup as for now would be this:
Host OS---->VM/Ubuntu-------->Antidetect Browser/Multilogin------->Socks5/residential IP or Mobile proxy----->Add Fingerprints cookies
I am considering using also RDP and Mullvad VPN but I need your opinion on this, is this something that is being traced by the Antifraud systems? If yes I will stick to this, cause its more human like.
Like I said above we had a guy who did the technical stuff for us, I was a phone specialist. We used to call the victims for their OTP Code pretending to be IT Specialist from the Bank. So I dont have a problem if the CC is VBV or 3D secure, cuz with a little bit of know how what to say and how to talk to the victims you can pass it. We used Skype or Viber for this. We are not in the same country where we were carding.
This question was asked but what is at this time the best setup to use. If I need to adjust something
ANY HELP is appreciated

I heard that VMs are detectable and never to use Linux unless the ch used Linux. Most people use windows or macOS.
I would think a good setup would be:
Host OS -> VPN -> Dedicated RDP -> private socks -> browser with cookies
This is all a suggestion since I haven't been entirely successful myself lol.

Does it matter what my host os is or not? Cause I'm scared that if it's windows it's gonna compromise my opsec but maybe not

If you're going the RDP route then it doesn't matter. But if you're using your host OS to do the dirty work then don't use Linux. Normal people use Windows or MacOS.
