Best setup for carding physical items?

From what Ive found here Im under the impression that all I need to card an online shop with cc/fullz is RDP, Clean socks matching CH's IP and antidetect. Is there anything else im missing to make the purchase go through or is this setup outdated?

Its depends which anti detect software and how you checked your setup. Every anti fraud check your browser with different angles. If you use (I hope not) antidetect7-8 9 whatever version, then yes, its very very outdated, not now but many years ago.
