Best marketplace site for cards? And is X2 legit?

I took a break from carding. I’ve been out of the game for a few years. It’s been alonggg time. Back when Jokersstash was still up. I never did EMV only mag strip. Just a few question, if you don’t mind:

What are the best sites for cards now? A friend told me Rescator.cn but so far I’ve wasted quite a bit of money.

Is X2 legit? I have people on telegram telling me it’s legit. I see people on YouTube cloning emv chips with it but cannot get it to work for me at all. So what’s the answer? Do I just suck?

Do you need to clone the chip? Or can I do strip only?

Also off topic, I have a lot of social security cards and drivers licenses, what’s the best marketplace to sell them? Preferably a marketplace I don’t have to pay a large vendor fee.
