Applying for Credit Cards?

I have access to someone's info (name/dob/ssn), and I have access to their mail and internet from their location. I am going to apply for CC under the name, but do I need a TLO or should I be able to apply with no problems?
If you had this access what would you do with it? CPN? Open drops? Try to access their logs and wire myself money to a drop account?

U can't create CPN Profile with someones info it doesn't work like that.
Otherwise if it has something to do physically like going to through their mail or using their internet to apply for anything online don't do it. It's too close and u might get caught.

Yeah you need an invalid SSN to use for a CPN bro. You can prolly open a drop tho but you'd want to def make sure your opsec is good FIRST before you do shit like that, and yeah no physical shit at all. Out of the question unless you have a crash dummy to use.
