1 . Im using PIA proxy
2. Just make sure you get ur cc from honest vendor so that card is alived , never run cc on checker or the card get flagged or blocked , if you want to know card is alive use it for donation site
3 . Its all depend on the shop , some shop do sent to another name/addy than the bill , some shop do ask more verification if name/addy different from billing
