you need to age the accounts.. make a new clean account from a fresh PC if you can or phone... real email addy that matches name etc... now browse and stuff for a few days before ordering something very small/cheap TO THE ACTUAL BILLING ADDY ON THE CARD YOU ARE USING... like some 99 cent...

select ATMs still just use magstripe data only if you are lucky.. try frying the chip on a card you dont care about and just keep trying till you find one.. good luck
