Does anyone have a method for cashout out using bill pay or a way to set up external accounts in the logs name?

Hey all I've been doing a lot of reading on pythons cards and everything looks legit. If anyone would like to partner we can work something out where you purchase the Card and I have my runners go around to atms and cash out for us. We will talk more details obviously.
