The victim can cancel at anytime therefore making it arbitrary, its best practice to try to cash out the card as fast as possible, we do not refund if the user cancels after your first malicious purchase on the card.

that shit is so ass its why the mid balance card fucking sucks if ur not in USA. I'd even say the mid balance card is shitty in the USA what stores are open past twelve? Most u will ever get out of it is $1k USD
